Sam Twiford, Jr., one of the partners and the president of North Beach Partners, has been a licensed real estate broker in the US for over 30 years. Involved in various other businesses, Sam was the founder of several businesses that are still flourishing in both real estate, as well as other service areas. Sam brings his experience, his energy, and his enthusiasm to North Beach Partners. He looks forward to spending more and more time in the Dominican Republic as the business develops and grows over the coming years.
